01 Does Village Point offer coordinated property rentals?

No. Village Point is not a "condo-tel" and thus does not offer shared rental/hotel services such as a property bookings, a common check in/check out desk, and other services typically offered by rental properties. Village Point is comprised of 33 individually-owned units, each enjoyed by family, friends and guests of the individual owners.
02 Can I park at Village Point if I'm simply skiing for the day?

Village Point is private property. Parking is restricted to owners and family, friends and guests of owners that are able to display a valid, current-year Village Point parking pass. Vehicles that do not display a valid Village Point parking pass are subject to being towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.
03 Who do I call if an issue arises at Village Point?

If the issue is an emergency requiring police, medical, or fire department help, please dial 9-1-1 and seek assistance immediately. If the issue involves a non-emergency security situation at Village Point, please call Copper Security at 970-390-6888. If the issue is normal course of business Village Point issue, Village Point's on-premise Resident Manager that resides in Unit 113 should be contacted (see Contact page for details). If the Resident Manager is not available and the given issue still needs attention, an email should be sent to the Board of Directors at board@villagepointhoa.com.
04 How can I learn more about becoming a Village Point owner?

Village Point offers a family-oriented environment combined with a hard-to-beat location at the heart of East Village. Next door to Copper Station and mere steps from the Super Bee ski lift, Village Point is a great place to consider becoming an owner.
